Couples Therapy

Being in a relationship can have profound effects on your self and your well-being.

Evidence tells us that people who are in healthy relationships, tend to live longer, and experience less mental health and physical health issues.

Many people experience difficulties in their relationships, remember, you are not a lone.

I use Gottman method and interventions in my approach to couples therapy.

​

Couples therapy consists of sessions with the couple and will require individual session/s depending on the couples challenges.
