  • Providing your personal information -you agree that you must provide all accurate and up to date information. You must not impersonate someone else or provide account information or an email address other than your own

  • No information n this site is able to be shared/copied/sold without the permission of enhance therapeutics

It is recommended that any complaints and or conflict are initially attempted to be resolved with enhance therapeutics if the complaint is unable to be resolved it can be escalated to the ACA for formal investigation- the full complaints policy and procedure can be found at  www.theaca.net.au

 

Conflict of interest

Conflict of interest at the best of times can be hard to avoid. Each case will be treated individually and the best outcome for the client will be determined. At times a conflict of interest may require the client to be referred to another service.

If the conflict of interest is deemed manageable the client will be required to sign a conflict of interest agreement and adhere to the rules thereof.

 

Limitation of liability

The fullest extent permitted by law, enhance therapeutics excludes any liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damages incurred in connection with this website.
